Overview
In thinking of new ways to improve our service, we felt we needed to find a way to give back to our clients for believing in our service. Our Referral Credit Program is just that. In exchange for helping us get the word out about our services, we pass along a credit to your account for every client we sign up as a direct result of your referral.
How does it work?
- Requirements: In order to receive credits, your company must be a PRO-Active Support Package client.
- Get the word out! Let people know about how we have improved your productivity with our services.
- Let us know! How you let us know about a referral is up to you. Either have them contact us directly, or you can let us know to followup with your contact directly.
- Once signed up.... Upon confirmation that your referral has lead to a new PRO-Active Support Agreement, you will receive a credit to your account for the equivalent of the first month's payment of the new client.
- Example Credit: If your referral signs up for a $500 / month PRO-Active Support package, your account will receive a one-time $500 credit to your account.
- The larger the referral, the larger your credit. We basically feel that you deserve to be rewarded for not just the referral itself, but also the size of the referral.
