Client Support
At ComputerPerson, we always strive to find new ways to stay in touch with our clients. In order to better serve our clients, this Client Support portal has been setup with both technical and customer service information. containing (or will contain) the following information for our clients to reference:
- Referral Credit Program: Information on how to earn referral credits (in dollars), just for referring us to your friends and business partners.
- Remote Rescue: This web-based support solution allows for us to remotely support your computer, no matter where you are on the Internet. Requires a pin code from us, which expires after 20 minutes.
- (Coming Soon!) Tech Tips: Tips for commonly encountered technical issues.
- (Coming Soon!) Customer Service Portal: A private section for our clients containing typical customer service documentation and contact info.
Obviously, this section is a work in progress. We welcome your comments on how we can update this site to make your support experience with us more satisfactory.
